The mission of our church (The Great Commandment of Matthew 22) and the core values of our church (6 essentials emphasized by the New Testament) do not change. However, it is also important to follow the Lord’s leading in terms of the specific priorities upon which our church is called to focus at any given point in time. Vision is receiving direction from the Holy Spirit for the immediate needs and plans of the congregation. We always want to seek God for His vision for our church. Most recently, the leadership of the church went away for a weekend in 2016 to seek God’s face and pray for His direction. We emerged from that weekend with a clear direction for the latter part of this decade. The leadership team and the church are united behind this vision, and we are excited to pursue it together. There is one main objective with 10 specific goals which we intend to realize by the year 2020.

Our vision, looking ahead to the year 2020, is to advance the Gospel by focusing on growing, sending, defending and serving.
