The ministry that serves as an engine for all other church ministries is the Friday evening Prayer Meeting. Throughout history, wherever God has moved mightily, there is usually a prayer meeting taking place somewhere behind the scenes. It is not that God needs our prayers in order to move, but rather, He delights to receive glory for Himself, while increasing our joy, by answering when we pray.
